bye bye, blogosphere.


After a few months of maintaining this blog, I've realized that my current job consumes my entire life, and not only do I have little time to blog about northern issues, but I have little time to do the kind of traveling (and reading, and living in general) that, in the past, would've fostered a site like this. When I relocate north in summer 2009, a new blog may or may not be started. Due to the nature of my move, a much more academic, northern studies- related blog seems like a likely event.

Thank you for your interest in this site. I've met some very interesting people in the short time I've operated this site.
